Fasoo AI Security Platform Overview
Next Generation AI Data Security Platform
Next-Generation Data Security for AI
Two pillars of security: protecting your data and monitoring AI use
Generative AI has already made its way into every corner of the workplace. Public LLMs, AI built into SaaS apps, internal systems calling external LLM APIs, and AI agents running on employee devices: the ways people access AI keep multiplying. The problem is that each path has a different means of control. Policies get set individually. Logs pile up service by service. And in the gaps, Shadow AI goes unnoticed.
Monitoring every one of those routes would not solve the problem. If you don’t know which files are sensitive to begin with, there’s nothing for your controls to act on. And encryption, for all its strength, effectively stops working the second an authorized user opens the file. A screenshot or a paragraph copied to the clipboard and pasted into a chatbot falls outside file-level protection.
There are two distinct points of control. Protecting the data itself is one challenge. Monitoring the AI services it flows into is another. No single security solution can address both.
The AI Security Problems Organizations Are Facing
- AI use is spreading and fragmenting: Shadow AI continues to grow without clear visibility into which AI tools are in use, by whom, or how often.
- File protection stops at the screen: Encryption and access control are in place, but nothing stops information from leaking through screen capture or copy-and-paste.
- Sensitive data walks out the door: Sensitive information entered into prompts and files uploaded to AI tools leave your control.
- Costs are unpredictable: Subscriptions and API keys scattered across departments make organization-wide AI spending nearly impossible to manage.
- Compliance is hard to prove: Organizations lack a framework to record AI usage and demonstrate compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
AI Security Platform
Fasoo AI tackles this through two security pillars: one protects the data itself, and the other monitors AI services. A single policy spans both.
Data protection: Encryption and Beyond
Encrypting files and controlling access is where data-centric security begins. Advanced Data Security finds and classifies sensitive information and controls access through labels and encryption. This ensures that protection travels with the file wherever it goes.
But protection can’t end the moment a file opens. Extended Security Control blocks screen capture, makes viewing sessions traceable with visible or invisible watermarks, and brings the clipboard and printed output under policy too. Encryption protects the file wherever it sits. Extended Security Control protects it while it’s open.
Controlling AI Use: Every Route, One View
No single vantage point can oversee an entire organization’s AI use. Browser traffic shows up on the network, but an AI agent installed on a laptop can only be seen at the endpoint. And LLM API calls from internal systems take yet another path. When policies and logs are managed separately at each layer, organizations cannot see AI usage as a whole and are left with only fragmented control.
AI Radar ties these layers together. Detection and blocking policies are set centrally and deployed across the Network, Endpoint, and API layers, while logs and events collected from each layer flow back into one place for analyzing AI usage and risk.
From there, each layer does its part: identifying which AI services are in use, including Shadow AI, catching sensitive information in prompts and attachments, and applying policies that differ by department and document classification. The classifications and labels from the data protection pillar carry over directly into AI usage control. This extends the security framework already in place through DRM and Extended Security Control into AI use.
Moving to the next stage of AI transformation doesn’t take more control points. It takes a single, continuous layer of security. See how the AI Security Platform brings data protection and AI usage control under a single policy.
